At Tuck & Roll Preschool, learning and movement come together to create a one-of-a-kind experience inside Mt. Si Gymnastics Academy. Designed for children ages 3–6, our programs offer a nurturing and engaging environment where curiosity sparks, creativity grows, and confidence takes center stage.
Our play-based curriculum includes alphabet exploration, early math skills, colors and shapes, calendar concepts, motor development, and social learning. Every child also participates in gymnastics sessions that build strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility—while keeping the joy of movement front and center.

Students must be fully potty-trained.
Schedule a Tour
Tour Tuck & Roll Preschool
We will talk through who we are, what we teach, our daily schedule, tour the facility and answer any questions you may have. Tours take about 15 minutes. Children welcome. We are available most weekdays at 9am or 1:30pm. Please email us with a few days/times that work well for your family, and we will confirm with you.
Who We Are
Jen : Preschool Director
Jen, our Tuck & Roll Director, is a North Bend local who absolutely loves being part of the Tuck & Roll Preschool community! She holds a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Business and spent four years teaching preschool at a homeschool co-op while also tutoring children of various ages. With several years of experience as a competitive gymnastics coach, Jen has a passion for teaching children through discovery, movement, and fun. While she has stepped back from the classroom to raise her son, she now works behind the scenes to help things run smoothly and also coaches Pre-Team for MSGA, where she enjoys working with the gymnastics team. Jen, her husband, and their son love eating great food & spending time outside.
Laura : Lead Preschool Teacher
Miss Laura grew up in upstate New York and moved to North Bend in 2020 from Massachusetts. She has loved being a part of the Tuck & Roll family since January 2023. She has a daughter at Mount Si HS and a son at Twin Falls MS. Miss Laura has many years of experience working with kids. She holds a Masters Degree in Teaching and taught 4th grade for 8 years in upstate NY before becoming an avid volunteer in her children’s schools in Delaware, Massachusetts and now Washington. When Miss Laura is not at preschool or volunteering her time for her children’s schools, she likes to read, go for walks and spend time with her husband, two kids, two dogs and two cats.
Maria : Creative Director
Maria loves being a Tuck & Roll Teacher! Her family moved to Snoqualmie in 2020 and has two sweet kids who go to school in the SVSD. Maria has previously worked in a Montessori School in Guadalajara, Mexico teaching English to her students. Then, she moved to California to teach Spanish in the Bay Area a few years later. Maria specialized in working in small group intervention and helping students 1:1 with their bilingual skills at a Spanish Elementary School. Some of Maria’s hobbies include reading, walking and working out. Maria is excited for an incredible year together and can’t wait to learn more about each of the kids.
Diane : Preschool Teacher
Diane grew up in Georgia outside of Atlanta, and moved to Washington with her husband in 2015. In 2024, they made their way to North Bend after finding the perfect family home in Wilderness Rim. Diane’s greatest joy in life is being a mom to her two children, ages 5 and 3. With a background in baking, cooking, and fine art, she loves helping children explore their creative side through visual and culinary creations. For three years, she ran the “Kid’s Workshop” at The Home Depot where she helped kids of all ages learn to build with various tools and decorate their projects. As a mom, she understands the importance of movement for developing minds to find confidence in what their bodies are capable of. Diane grew up participating in gymnastics, year-round swim teams, and long-distance running. She enjoys helping her own kids find creative ways to move through outdoor play, hikes, gymnastics, and dance. Diane favorite things to do are baking, playing games of all sorts, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family.
Erin : Preschool Assistant
Erin has been teaching ballet to students of all ages since 2005. She is excited to share her love of movement, music and fun with the students at Tuck & Roll. Erin loves to teach preschool age students, has run dance camps for preschool, visited preschools with ballet programs and rehearsed preschool ballet dancers for productions. After training in ballet at Pacific Northwest Ballet for 14 years, Erin danced professionally with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre where she danced in Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle and The Nutcracker among many other ballets. After her professional career, she realized she really had a passion for working with children and exploring movement. Her son, Jacob, attended Tuck & Roll for 3 years and Erin loves being a part of the community and seeing how gymnastics and dance can work together .
Madison : Preschool Assistant
Madison has lived in the Snoqualmie Valley for 12 years and loves all things Preschool. She also works at Mount Si Gymnastics Academy and loves helping kids learn through play and movement. Madison enjoys working with children, getting to know their families, and supporting their growth. She is a student at Mount Si High School and stays busy with tennis, gymnastics, and choir. In her free time, Madison likes spending time with friends and being outside.
Emma : Preschool Assistant
Emma is an incoming senior at Mount Si High School & has lived in the Snoqualmie Valley her whole life. She loves being part of Tuck & Roll! In her free time, she love playing tennis, singing, and hiking. Emma has always loved working with kiddos, and is currently planning to pursue a career in early childhood development.
Megan : Preschool Assistant
Megan grew up in Pennsylvania and has lived in 5 states (VA, PA, OR, CA, WA), and 2 countries (holds dual citizenship with Australia). She is a national board certified middle school teacher with a masters degree in teaching. She has been teaching social studies and the AVID elective for 12 years between CA & WA state. She loves being outside, reading, traveling, exploring various creative outlets, running, and lifting. Megan lives in North Bend with her husband and four year old daughter. They also have three dogs. After having her daughter, Megan discovered she is passionate about working with young kids too. She can’t wait to get to know all of the students at Tuck & Roll and to have a great year!
